Disappointing Weigh In

I am very disappointed with this weeks weigh in. The scales are showing 140.1kg which puts me up from last weeks 139.3kg. Can't say I don't know where I went wrong because I do. But I am disappointed as when I saw the lifestyle nurse at work on Thursday her scales said I was still at 139.3.  We went to Brid on Saturday on the way we had to stop while the mother-in-law went to meet the Doctors she will now be working with. While we were waiting for her we popped to the shop to get some drinks for the journey. Usually I would only drink water in the car but for some reason I got Ben Shaws cloudy lemonade instead. I also picked up a packet of Seabrooks beefy crisps and a twix. While we were in Brid I did walk into town from my nan's house with my sister and her little girl but a walk that would normally take my sister 10 minutes took us around 20 thanks to my lardy bucket. By the time we got to town I was already in pain with my back so instead of having a stroll around we just went to the shops we needed to then got my Dad to pick us up instead of walking the 15 minutes to my other Grandparents house. Where I ate a chicken mayo sandwich and a caramel slice. Then when we got home around 8ish, neither of us could be bothered to cook so we ordered chinese, which was just pure laziness as we had plenty of food in the house.

So I can honestly admit that I know it is my own fault that I gained. I shouldn't have eaten what I did and I should have stopped myself from ringing my Dad for a lift and walked the 15 minutes to my Grandparents house.

Weigh In Results

I just realised that I haven't been telling you my weigh in results so here goes.

On 2nd January I weighed 141.8kg - I hope to never see this number again.
On 8th January I weighed 138.7kg - Yay my first loss of the year, I was very happy with this
On 16th January I weighed 139.3kg - used my mother in law's scales so I'm not sure if this is accurate.

2012 Goals

1, To be at 130kg by my 25th birthday in May.
2, To increase my activity so I can walk around town or the supermarket without getting back pain.
3, Lose enough weight to be able to wear my heels again without killing my toes.
4, Get another tattoo
5, Be able to shop in 'normal' clothes stores.
6, To increase my activity enough to be able to park further away from work and walk the reminder of the journey.
7, To be at 100kg by Christmas 2012.
8, Lose enough weight to reverse my Type II Diabetes.
9, Lose enough weight to reduce my PCOS symptoms.
10, To feel comfortable enough in my body to dress up and go see The Rocky Horror Show.

I think 10 goals is enough to be starting with.

New Year New Me

I'm not one for making New Years Resolutions but I have decided to get my but into gear and make a conscious effort to lose weight. So I decided to start making more of an effort to write my blog, I have tried a few times but lost my way instead of the weight.

I have made my own little log to keep track of my weight every week for the next 52 weeks. I've also made a little chart to log any activity, which to be honest isn't much. I am quite a lazy person so increasing my activity is going to be a long hard slog but I'm sure I can do it.

Well I'm at work at the moment so I should probably do some work lol. My next post will include a list of my goals for 2012.
