Week 4 Weigh In

Meeting went well last night with a 1lb loss :-)

I'm happy I've lost 1lb but I wish it was more but suppose I shouldn't grumble.

Last week I bought some of the chocolate peanut dream bars and I have to say I was disapointed with them. Think I expected them to taste a bit like hersheys peanut butter line but I could only just taste peanut, think I will stick to the rich toffee.

Week 3 Weigh In

Well last night was my 3rd weigh in with weigh watchers. Unfortunately I have gained back the 6 pounds I have lost so far. I did not expect to lose anything after having a lovely day out in York on Saturday and going to my Goddaughters 2nd birthday party on Sunday but I certainly did not expect to gain 6lbs.

So I am disapointed with myself for gaining it all back when I had worked so hard to lose those 6lbs but I am not giving up. On the plus side my work trousers are still loose.

Anyhu I have joined a gym thats opened up near where I work, its really cheap at £10.99 a month and I plan to go after work before going home. Just need to book an induction before I can start going.

Hopefully it won't take me too long to lose that 6lbs I've gained.

I'm Back

So I know I've been neglecting my blog for the last few months but I am back now.

I stopped going to Weight Watchers in May as I was not happy with the meeting I was attending. I am now almost three weeks into my new meeting and have lost 6lbs. Changing meetings have definitely helped as I was not happy with the previous leader. I am now on track, I try my upmost to track every little morsel that passes my lips.

I have decided to cut my goals into little ones so that I do not get overwhelmed with the amount I wish to lose in general. So I have set up a little goal section on the right hand side of this page and I am going to keep three goals on show so that when I get close to one goal I can see what my next one is.

My current 'big' goal is to have lost 5% by week commencing 12th November, so I have given myself some mini goals to keep me focused until then. My first mini goals are to lose 7lbs and then 1 stone.

Sorry I've been away for so long
