Well that's my first day of lighterlife done.
The packs weren't as bad as I thought they'd be and I've managed to not put milk in my tea all day. Just gave to remember when I make a cuppa to make it slightly weaker than I normally would. I have found I have am quite fond of mint tea.
So today's menu was porridge for breakfast, banana shake for lunch, pasta carbonara for tea and pea n ham soup for supper.
Have to say I wasn't overly keen on the porridge so tomorrow I'm going to try the apple n cinnamon flavour and hopefully I will like it more.
Well it's time for one born every minute so I'm offski.
